In today's customer spotlight we are featuring Joe Atieh. A casino dealer with an amazing eye for photography. That adjective “amazing” does not even do his pictures justice. Some of his shots look better than Jeep Commercials, and there are a few that made us wonder how he captured them!
Joe's first Jeep happens to be his current 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL.
And the color? The highly photogenic Ocean Blue Metallic.
Joe's interest in Jeeps started when he he was just a little kid. He said he always loved how they looked and performed out on the trails.
Are you ready for Joe's long list of mods?
We'd say his rig doesn't need much more at this point but Joe is hoping to install 1 ton axles by the end of this year.
Joe is running our RubiGrid dash kit with universal phone holder and has added our CB Radio Mount.
Joe told us he chose Bulletpoint because of the amazing quality and the way the components look inside the Jeep!
“The thing I most i love about the Jeep community is how we all come together when someone needs anything.
I have met some of the best people ever in this amazing community, there really is something about the expression, IT’S A JEEP THING.”
The next big event he will be going to is Jeep Bash in Long Beach California happening in September.
Because he has such phenomenal photos on his Instagram, we asked him more about his passion for pictures.
“I’ve always loved photography since I was young and Instagram is a great platform to share my work with my followers and the Jeep community."
Joe uses the Sony a7iii and a Tamron 70-180 f2.8 lens.
Photographers that use this particular camera rave about the low light performance. It will correct a variety of aberrations and it has a coating that helps to reduce flare and ghosting for high contrast and color accuracy.
The gear he uses translates into some truly stunning shots.
“My dream photoshoot is either Baja 1000 or King of the Hammers Ultra4 race. I would like to be a part of the media crew and not just a spectator shooting from far away."
We can see why Joe would want to be there. This event is wild!
Joe told us one of his best photoshoots was when he got out on a dry lake bed near Johnson Valley, California and took some amazing photos with two of his good photography buddies.
They all love to look back on those fantastic photos from that day.
