Our return policy lasts 30 days from the day of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since the day of purchase, unfortunately we are unable offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error is not eligible for return.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. If approved, the items must be received at our warehouse within 40 days of the original purchase date. Customers must account for transit time to ensure your item is received within 40 days from the original purchase date. Bulletpoint Mounting Solutions is not responsible for carrier delays or lost shipments.
Return Exceptions
The following items are non-returnable:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, any applicable refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 business days of receipt of your item.
The full retail price of any free with purchase or discounted items will be deducted from your refund. Free gift with purchase items may not be returned and will be deducted from your refund amount.
If you haven’t received a refund, check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Customers agree not to initiate a chargeback against Bulletpoint Mounting Solutions. If a customer conducts a chargeback or other payment dispute against Bulletpoint Mounting Solutions, the customer agrees to pay for the full amount of the chargeback plus any reasonable attorney fees, collection fees, court costs and other expenses incurred by Bulletpoint Mounting Solutions to enforce this policy.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Discounted, sale and clearance items cannot be refunded.
Maybe you ordered the wrong part or changed your mind about which mounting base to go with. Our support team is here to help.
If you need to exchange an item, email support to request an RMA number. Mail back your item and we'll credit your original form of payment. You can then order the new item before or after we receive the original item and issue your refund.
Be sure to refer to the first section on this page which details eligibility, timing and item condition.
If you received the item as a gift, you may return the item(s) in exchange for a credit for the value of your return less any applicable deductions. The item(s) must be new and unused and in its original packaging. Once the returned item is received, a discount code will be emailed to you.

IMPORTANT: Items returned without an order number on the outside of the package cannot be processed.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
