This magnetic phone mount takes advantage of the built-in MagSafe magnets already found in your MagSafe compatible phone/case to provide a strong and secure connection.
Even if your phone is not MagSafe-equipped, we include 2 metal rings that you may stick to the back of your phone / phone case in order to use this phone holder.
NUBBY EDITION
This MagSafe-compatible phone holder is part of our Nubby Edition which eliminates the need for an arm. If you're looking for a low profile installation, this is the device holder you want.
PHONE COMPATIBILITY
iPhone 12 and Newer: If you have an iPhone 12 or newer with MagSafe, you can use the integrated magnet in the phone to secure it to our MagSafe-compatible mount. This method is sufficient for normal daily driving on the streets.
If you take your vehicle off-road or drive over rough terrain often, we recommend applying the included metal ring for even more holding power since it is stronger than the integrated MagSafe magnet.
iPhone 11 and older + Android phones: if you have an older phone that is not MagSafe-equipped or an Android device, it is necessary to secure the included metal rings to the back of your phone or phone case.
SINGLE-HANDED OPERATION

Magsafe FTW!
Before purchasing this I had the regular magnet with the metal piece in my phone case and it was constantly moved around and falling off. Purchased a new Magsafe case and ordered the Nubby here and it works perfectly, no more movement or falling off!

Solid mount. A case of I ordered the wrong one
I should have ordered the mount with the 20mm ball on the backside. Instead I ordered the one with the ball clamp. So to fix this I just ordered a carbon arm with a ball on one end and a 20mm clamp at the other. On closer look after the fact ( it’s already on its way) the one I ordered has a17mm ball and my mount has a 20mm ball clamp. I am now going to order the phone mount with the 20mm ball and the correct carbon arm. A case of I am an idiot. But the products are well made and look to last for years. That’s a rare thing these days.
