Great customer service, however I have an issue with the mount. It has a vibratory rattle especially when the phone is in it. Customer service immediately sent me a new head for it which is better but still has some noise to it. My truck is in the body shop now to have some repairs made from tree damage due to a recent storm. I’ll follow up more after I get it back.
This is the only phone mount I will ever buy. Very rugged and easy to adjust to any position.
