Universal Phone Mount Holder

This "Purchase" was a for a warranty claim. The spring and screw came out of the mount. I contacted customer service. I sent a picture of the broken part and they quickly shipped a replacement. Extremely satisfied with how I was treated and getting the phone holder repaired. I definitely recommend Bulletpoint!

I purchased the RubiGrid with dual phone holders for my 2023 F350. I was able to install this within 30 min. The toughest part is getting the plastic dash apart. After I installed I had a rattle that I narrowed down to the phone holder. I emailed support with the issue and they immediately sent me 2 replacements. I installed the replacements and noticed the rattle was still there. I emailed them back and we discovered that the rattle was actually coming from my phone. No issue with the phone holders at all. I felt like a fool for not thinking of this but Alex with customer service went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. These mounts are rock solid. Now I just have to figure out what’s rattling inside my phone.

My package appears to be taking a trip around the country and almost made it to my house in Iowa before going back down to Shreveport Louisiana where it seems to have taken up residence. Two emails to Bulletpoint have gone unanswered so far

We go off-roading all the time and this mount keeps my phone secure even on rough terrains :) absolutely love it!
