RubiGrid® 2022-2024 Nissan Frontier Dash Mount Phone Holder

Product is perfect fit and pretty simple for anyone to do themselves. A little nervous drilling holes in the plastic piece but if you don't like the product you still have your rubber mat to cover the holes.

I go the MagSafe version and my Iphone sticks lick glue and doesn't slip or fall off on bumpy gravel roads or sharp turns. It does vibrate a little with the trucks vibrations but not bad. I still have full access to my touchscreen on the truck and it doesn't block the vent. There are a lot of attachments to get also for future items. Have to get one for my wife to be able to use on her side. BY FAR THE BEST MOUNT I HAVE EVER USED. And the bottle opener they send with it is pretty cool.

Tip: When marking the spots for the screws I would try using a clamp to lock it in so you can get it perfect. or maybe even some double sided tape. . But not needed.

Received the package and everything was packed very well, the directions were easy to follow. I loved getting the Bulletpoint decal also! Nice touch! It also looks great in my truck. It looks like it was something that just came with the truck. It holds my phone snugly. Great product. I will be purchasing more come next payday!

Perfect fit for my 2023 Nissan Frontier. There is limited space in the Frontier to mount a phone so this option is perfect. I also installed a mount for my Garmin Zumo and a ball in 1/4 20 threaded space for a future mount. Very happy with this purchase. Easy to mount and it’s solid.

The dash system works well. It only took me about 20 minutes total to install the whole thing. The only hiccup I ran into was when I placed the bracket, the last screw didn't align properly, so I had to loosen all the other screws to get it lined up. I'm not sure as to why, but when I loosened them, it worked fine. I only have two simple suggestions and one design change idea. First is to use a smaller drill bit, I think I used 1/8, to pre-drill the wholes for the back to make the self tapping screws go in easier. This way I wasn't fighting the screw through both plastic pieces. Second is to find a way to move the mounts without having to remove all the bracket screws. I like the security of the nuts and screws that hold down the mounts, but you cannot move them without taking the whole bracket off. If there was a way to secure or move them without removing the bracket, that would make it easier to adjust on the fly if needed or to add additional mounts. My design change idea is to make half the bracket a mounting system and keep the tray for the other half. That way you're not losing the tray holder that is very useful since the truck doesn't have a lot of good storage for items. With all that being said, the bracket is sturdy and looks great. I would suggest it to anyone needing a mounting system.

This Rubigrid was to replace one that I had in my old truck. The truck rolled after being hit by an out of control vehicle. I walked away without a scratch. My Bulletpoint mounts all held strong. Phone, gps and mounting plate all intact when the wild ride was over. Had to replace it in the new truck.
