Our RubiGrid® dash platform is capable of securely mounting multiple devices and is compatible with both our AMPS Mounting Balls as well as 3rd party AMPS mounts.

Installation requires the removal of the radio as well as AC controls and the drilling of 5 small holes in the radio bezel. This ensures a rock solid installation in your 4Runner with the ability to easily support multiple devices.
All required installation hardware, instructions and tools are included with the exception of a drill. We even include the necessary drill bits!
Items came in premium packaging padding ! Instructions were included and videos online are a must. Everything included for install. Very solid mount ! Very attractive looking with purpose. Sturdy phone holder.
The frame and hardware to secure it to the dash are all quality stock. Directions for install were easy to follow. A few extra parts for the little pieces were quite handy. I opted for the magnetic charger holder, and it's the best holder I have ever had. Great for road trips with a map, or just headed to work and need a quick charge. The mounting system is solid and I haven't had any movement on the arm after it was tightened down.
A little pricey at $100+ for my opinions, but still Highly recommended!

I bought the Rubigrid and a MagSafe phone mount for my 2024 4Runner and I really like the concept and it looks super cool! One small issue with the MagSafe mount. The included metal ring that attaches to my phone case has a super strong attachment to the MagSafe mount, however, the glue/adhesive on the metal ring is too weak. When i removed my phone from the mount, the ring came off my case. I bought a 3rd party metal ring with 3m adhesive and it works perfectly.
The Rubigrid looks like it’s factory made, built, and installed. It matches the original interior great. Very solid and the modular design makes me want to get more toys for modifications to my 4Runner. The magnetic charging dock works great. Still plenty of room for more accessories. Awesome mount you cannot compare to any other phone holder.
