Metal Series Mounting Base for 2011-2018 JK JKU Jeep Wrangler - Dual Ball

I have the passenger grab bar mount from bulletpoint for when the wife is riding, but got this for when I’m driving solo. Both mounts are outstanding. This one with the arm puts the phone right where it’s needed while driving. I do plan on ordering a short arm to drop the level of the phone, but that is just my personal preference. It works great as is. All the bulletpoint products I have purchased are rock solid and well made.

Good quality, arrived on time. I"m not sure about how this fastens, with 3m tape and one screw. Thinking I maybe should have gone for the grid system instead.

Works great for my cell phone and GoPro at the same time. Only thing I’d suggest is if you’re having trouble having the supplied 3M tape to stay stuck on, use some T-Rex tape. 👍

I chose this mount instead of the Rubicon so I could still use some of the storage space in the JK dash compartment. I ran one of the USB ports from my radio up through the tray so there is mounting and charging right there together. Bulletpoint mounts are secure, stable, and perfectly designed for the specific vehicle. Tons of options and hardware available for all sorts of devices and accessories.

This thing is legit holds the phone great.
