Our DiabloM6 magnetic phone mount requires a thin metal plate affixed to the back of your phone. Please note that this also prevents Wireless Charging. The DiabloM6 is not directly compatible with MagSafe equipped iPhones. The metal plate may not stick to all phone cases. For example, many silicone cases have non-stick properties that may not work with the metal plate.
While our DiabloM6 is extremely strong, it is not recommended for heavy off-road use. Check out our Universal Phone Holder if you plan to go off-road.

I have my uhf/vhf radio head unit on the mag mount. It is "rock solid " And it looks great beside the phone mount.

This is my second Bulletpoint purchase. My first was for my 2021 Toyota Tacoma. I have a 1966 Chevy C10 truck and have struggled trying to find a quality phone mount that did not require screws or an adhesive. Since my dash is all steel I wanted a magnetic option with Bulletpoint quality. This base is not the solution because the surface area does not give it the magnetic strength to stay secure without twisting side to side. Suggest Bulletpoint make a stronger magnetic base (I know this is not what this part was made for). I know this would appeal to classic and antique vehicle owners that have all steel dashes. Still using mine as is…still love Bulletpoint products. Just a suggestion and I would be happy to test a new product on my truck.

Excellent Solution for TST TPMS
The circular magnetic mount comes with a numbers of metal plates that need to be adhered to phone cases to ensure a solid mount: my TST tire pressure monitoring monitor has an integrated metal back plate for its own suction mounted arm which mates seamlessly with the Diablo M6 for a strong magnetic mounting.
