I purchased my mount a little over a year ago and recently had issues with it. I reached out to bullet point customers service and I had a replacement in the mail within the week! Best phone mount I’ve ever had and best customer service experience ever!

Excellent Mount and Customer Service
For Christmas I received the mounting system for our ‘23 Jeep Wrangler. Installation was smooth. Had an issue with the phone holder, it rattled annoyingly during drives if no phone was inserted. After a very brief convo with Customer Service, a replacement phone holder was provided and works like a champ. Fully recommend!
