Bulletpoint Wireless Phone Charger with Motorized Cradle

Bulletproof shipped out a new wireless charger after I told them mine wasn’t working. They definitely stand by their product as promised especially if ur wirelsss charger wasn’t working as long as u provided them with a video. They came thru for me and shipped one out the next day. Good wireless charging combined with a cradle that’s holds the phone securely , even while bouncing my jku around off road. A lot better than having to plug and unplug the phone to charge.

I stumbled upon this wireless phone charger with motorized cradle while watching a Youtube video on Vanlife ideas. Happy I did because not only did I purchase three (3) of these, I also purchased the RubiGrid Dash Mount for my Sprinter Van, along with several other attachments BulletPoint makes.
Two (2) of these phone mounts are used in my van (RubiGrid Mount) and One (1) is used on my electric wheelchair.

I bought the wireless charging cradle and mount about 1.5 years ago. I love the setup. My cradle quit charging my phone for some reason, even though the chord attached to the charger would charge the phone. I figured it was something with my phone, so I contacted Bulletpoint just to see if they knew what the issue could be and figured it was out of warranty. The promptly replied and sent me a new cradle and charging chord at no cost. I did not ask for a replacement. They just replaced it, no questions asked. Now THIS is customer service and the epitome of a well run respectable business! The new one works great and I would definitely do business with Bulletpoint in the future!

The first one quit opening up automatic after a few months. I contacted Bulletpoint and sent a video of the holder not working. They promptly sent a replacement. These charging cradles are great. I can adjust them to exactly the right height and angle.
