      I purchased two phone holders a couple of years ago. One of the screws in a holder broke recently. I contacted Bulletpoint and asked about the lifetime warranty. They simply asked me to send them a picture of the item and the original order number. Within a few days I had a new replacement. Thank you for the great warranty and customer service. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a holder for their phone, GoPro, iPad, etc.
