Wish you had a phone #
it has been 15 days since received as last 6 days have been emailing someone but having to wait 24-48 for response is not ideal for customer service. After 3rd or 4th message I finally received direction on what I should buy but I have that dual mount. As I am about to return everything I purchased and purchase different items from your company but I am no more clear than what I was when I did the initial purchase. Fortunate I already own Bulletpoint Mounting devices as I just to get it right as this is where the company needs to improve.
