Aluminum Attachment Coupler - Pair

I had lost one of the screws for my coupler and looked online for a replacement but couldn't find one. I contacted them and asked if they could sell me just the screw and they were awesome enough to send me two new couplers! Free of charge!! How awesome is that for customer service!!

I contacted BulletPoint about a cracked (plastic) fastener/bolt for the attachment coupler. They sent me two new ones very quickly (about a week) after I filed the claim. I had to put a small piece of black tape on the arm this time to get the couplers to grab the arm but, with that done, they are working nicely to hold my phone. **Although I use a sunshade in my Jeep, I believe the plastic end of the fastener cracked due to Florida summer heat. BulletPoint said they have only had to replace a very small number of these since introducing the product. Seems to me like an aluminum head would have more longevity.

I had a problem recently and called Customer Service. I can’t say enough how satisfied I am with the service I received. Turned out it was a simple fix and not an issue with any of the products. The end caps simply came loose and a few drops of glue fixed everything. I offered to return the parts but was told to save them. Thank you Bullit point for going above and beyond in helping me get the most out of my Rubigrid mounting system.
