Universal Phone Mount Holder

After 2 years of use the phone holder came apart. Called customer service and within 2 days I had a replacement part at no charge! Awesome service department and I am still pleased with my purchase from 2 years ago on my 22 Jeep JL Rubicon. Solid mount!

We purchased one of these mounts for our 2017 Jeep Wrangler, and it has been the most stable mount we have ever used in one of our vehicles. A little over a month ago, this part of the mount broke, and we needed to take it out. An email to support with record of our purchase from Amazon almost two years ago, along with a quick photo, was all it took to get a replacement shipped to us. Whole process took about a week, communication was great, shipping was quick, and we're very satisfied with the outcome of this transaction.

My first one was great, the best phone holder I had ever had. Held my phone effortlessly and it gets beat around. I have a tree service and it held my phone and stayed on my windshield even going to the local landfills, which are super rough riding. Recently my phone holder spring and bolt came out and they replaced it for free and seems like they upgraded the holder from my last one and is even better. Thank you. I use it everyday!
